Arrival - To ensure that you will receive your service in full, Spa guests should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled services. As a courtesy to our next guest your service will end on time and cannot be extended because of late arrival.

Consideration - To ensure a relaxing and peaceful experience, we request that guests silence electronic devices. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests.

Gratuity - Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is left to the discretion of our guests.

Health & Wellness - If you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform our customer service representative when scheduling your services, as well as your technician prior to receiving your services.

Cancellations - We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling services. In consideration to other guest and our technicians, if you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request that your cancellations adhere to our 48 hour minimum. Clients who do not honor this policy, will be charged as follows: cancellations less than 24 hours - full price for missed service(s); cancellations between 24 and 48 hours - half price for missed service(s). Failure to comply will result in termination of future appointments and/or scheduling.

Merchandise Returns or Exchanges - We accept returns/exchanges, within reason, for store credit only, within 7 days of purchase. All cosmetic and skin care product sales are final. Testers are available to try upon request before purchasing.

Spa Services - Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your spa service, please let us know immediately. In order to provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask that you fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our Spa therapists to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Rates - All prices are subject to change without notice.

Recurring Appointments - Available to anyone who would like to schedule weekly or monthly appointments for the calendar year. As a courtesy to other clients and technicians, please adhere to our cancellation policy stated above.
Gift Cards - Available in any denomination for services or products. You must present the gift card to the receptionist at the time of payment. Luxe Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Gift cards expire 2 year from purchase date..
